BEDROOMS
– The home features a total of 3 spacious bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.
– All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and ensuite bathrooms.
– Each bedroom overlooks the surrounding plunging valleys.
– Extra foldable beds can be provided on request.
BATHROOMS
– There are 3 attached bathrooms.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– One of the bathrooms also offers a hairdryer.
COMMON AREAS
– Enter through the gates of this luxurious villa and welcome a galore of thoughtfully designed indoor spaces.
– The home opens up to an expansive living room on the ground floor, furnished with ample seating arrangements for up to 9 people.
– It is equipped with a myriad of amenities including an AC, Wi-Fi, TV and a music system.
– The dining area is a component of the living room and can accommodate up to 6 people.
– The exteriors of the property boast serene green lawns and amenities to make your stay unforgettable.
– Guests can unwind and relax in the green gardens, 3000 sq. ft. in size which features many walking trails.
– There is a lawnside gazebo, ideal for reading a book amidst nature.
– There is a private swimming pool, 20×12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. Guests can access the pool till 10 PM.
KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.
FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

- The property is nestled amidst verdant landscapes and is secluded.
- Given its location amidst lush greenery, guests are requested to shut the windows and doors during the evenings to avoid insects entering the premises.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work fairly well here.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
