Booking

How do I book a villa with Stay Ananta?+
You can browse our villas on stayananta.com, select your destination and dates, and enquire directly. Our team will confirm availability and walk you through the booking process. You can also reach us directly on WhatsApp for a faster response.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?+
Your booking is confirmed only once full payment or an advance amount (as per the villa’s terms) is received and a Booking Confirmation Voucher is issued by Stay Ananta. Please do not consider the booking confirmed until you receive this voucher.
Can I book a villa for a same-day or next-day stay?+
Last-minute bookings are subject to availability. We recommend contacting us on WhatsApp directly for the fastest confirmation. Please note that last-minute bookings may carry non-refundable terms.
Can I book for a large group or corporate event?+
Absolutely. Many of our villas accommodate 10–30+ guests and are well-suited for corporate offsites, family reunions, birthdays, bachelorettes, and destination events. Please contact our team to discuss requirements and we will curate the right villa for your group.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?+
Most villas have a minimum stay of 2 nights. During peak seasons, festive weekends, and long weekends, a minimum of 3 nights may apply. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Are bookings transferable to another person?+
Bookings are non-transferable without prior written consent from Stay Ananta. If you wish to transfer your booking to another individual, please contact us in advance and we will assess this on a case-by-case basis.

Check-In & Check-Out

What are the standard check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in: 2:00 PM  |  Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please request at least 48 hours in advance.
What documents do I need to carry at check-in?+
All guests are required to carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or PAN Card). Non-Indian nationals must carry a valid visa and passport. For group bookings, ID proof may be required for all guests.
Can I have visitors during my stay?+
The total number of guests and any visitors must not exceed the number confirmed at the time of booking, without prior written approval from Stay Ananta. Admitting extra guests without approval may result in additional charges or early termination of the stay.
Is there a caretaker available at the villa?+
Yes. Most Stay Ananta villas have a dedicated caretaker or villa attendant on the premises. They assist with housekeeping, basic requests, and help ensure a smooth stay. Our concierge team is also available 24×7 on WhatsApp for any additional needs.
What if I arrive late at night?+
Our team will ensure a smooth check-in regardless of your arrival time. Please inform us in advance about a late arrival so we can make the necessary arrangements for the caretaker and villa access.

Villa & Amenities

Do all villas have a private pool?+
The majority of Stay Ananta villas feature a private swimming pool. Each listing clearly mentions whether a pool is available. You will never share a pool with another booking — the entire villa and all its amenities are exclusively yours.
Are the villas fully furnished and equipped?+
Yes. All Stay Ananta villas come fully furnished with:
  • Air-conditioned bedrooms with fresh linen and towels
  • Fully equipped kitchen with appliances
  • Living and dining areas
  • High-speed Wi-Fi
  • Smart TV and entertainment
  • Basic toiletries and housekeeping essentials
Are pets allowed at the villas?+
Some Stay Ananta villas are pet-friendly. This is clearly mentioned on each property listing. If allowed, a pet surcharge or increased security deposit may apply, and the number and size of pets must be agreed upon before confirmation. Please inform us at the time of booking.
Is smoking allowed inside the villa?+
Smoking is generally not permitted indoors. A designated outdoor area is available at most villas. Please refer to the specific house rules of your booked villa for details. Violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning charges.
Is the villa exclusively ours, or are there shared spaces?+
The entire villa is exclusively yours. There are no shared lobbies, common pools, or public areas. From the moment you check in to the moment you check out, the property belongs entirely to your group. This is the Stay Ananta promise.
Is there power backup and Wi-Fi at all villas?+
Yes. Most Stay Ananta villas are equipped with inverter/generator backup and high-speed Wi-Fi. Specific details are mentioned on each villa’s listing page. If in doubt, please ask our team before booking.

Payment & Pricing

How do I make payment for my booking?+
All payments must be made to Stay Ananta’s authorised business bank account or through our secure payment gateway. Please do not transfer money to personal accounts — any such payment may not be recognised by us.
Are the prices inclusive of taxes?+
Villa rental prices displayed on the website are the base charges. GST and other applicable taxes will be added at the time of checkout. We believe in complete transparency — there are no hidden charges beyond what is clearly communicated.
Is a security deposit required?+
Yes, many villas require a refundable security deposit prior to check-in. This is collected to cover any damage, missing items, or additional cleaning. The deposit is typically refunded within 72 hours of check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Are there any additional charges I should know about?+
Additional charges may apply for:
  • In-house chef services
  • Early check-in or late check-out
  • Extra guests beyond the confirmed count
  • Events, parties, or decorations
  • Pet surcharges (where applicable)
  • Transportation and local activity bookings
All such charges will be communicated clearly before your stay.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays or repeat guests?+
We occasionally offer special rates for extended stays, early bookings, and for our returning guests. Please reach out to our team directly on WhatsApp or email to enquire about current offers and availability.

Cancellation & Refunds

What is the cancellation policy?+
Our standard cancellation policy is:
  • 14+ days before check-in: 80% refund or 100% as credit note
  • 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund or 60% as credit note
  • Less than 7 days: Non-refundable
A 20% cancellation fee applies to all refunds. Peak season bookings may carry different terms.
How do I request a cancellation?+
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@stayananta.com. Verbal cancellations or WhatsApp messages alone will not be accepted as valid cancellation requests. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of confirmation.
Can I reschedule my booking?+
Yes. Rescheduling requests can be made up to 14 days before check-in, subject to villa availability. Any difference in pricing due to the new dates must be paid by the guest. Rescheduling is not permitted for peak season or festive bookings.
What happens if Stay Ananta cancels my booking?+
In the rare event that we are unable to honour your booking, we will offer you one of the following:
  • An alternative villa of similar or higher standard
  • A Future Credit Note valid for 6 months
  • A full refund of the total amount paid
What is a Future Credit Note?+
A Future Credit Note allows you to use your booking value for a later stay at any Stay Ananta property. Key terms:
  • Validity: typically 6 months from date of issue
  • Can be used partially across multiple bookings
  • Transferable upon written request
  • If a credit note booking is cancelled, standard cancellation policy applies

Experiences & Add-ons

Can I arrange an in-house chef?+
Yes! An in-house chef can be arranged at most Stay Ananta villas, on request and at an additional cost. The chef will prepare meals tailored to your preferences — from local cuisine to multi-course dinners. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
Can I host a birthday, anniversary, or celebration at the villa?+
Absolutely! We love helping our guests celebrate in style. We can arrange:
  • Custom décor and floral arrangements
  • Personalised cakes and welcome hampers
  • BBQ setups and cocktail bar
  • Live music or DJ (subject to villa rules)
  • Pool parties and themed dinners

Can you arrange local experiences and activities?+
Yes! Our concierge team can curate local experiences including:
  • Spa and massage services at the villa
  • Water sports and adventure activities

Can I organise a corporate retreat or team offsite?+

Is alcohol permitted at the villas?+
Alcohol consumption is generally permitted at Stay Ananta villas for guests of legal drinking age. However, specific rules vary by property and state laws. Please refer to the villa’s house rules. Excessive noise or behaviour that disturbs the neighbourhood is strictly not allowed.

How do I list my property with Stay Ananta?+
We’d love to hear from you! Visit our List Your Property page or reach out to us at info@stayananta.com with basic details about your property — location, number of bedrooms, and photos. Our team will get in touch within 48 hours to take it forward.
What is the selection process for new villas?+
We have a rigorous curation process — only 1 in 100 properties makes it into our collection. Our team evaluates each property on architecture, cleanliness, safety, amenities, location, and overall guest experience. If shortlisted, a physical inspection is conducted before listing.
Do you offer property management services?+
Yes. Stay Ananta provides end-to-end property management for listed villas — including marketing, bookings, housekeeping coordination, guest management, and maintenance support. Our goal is to make the process completely hassle-free for property owners.
Do you offer fixed rental income or revenue guarantees?+
We do not offer fixed rental income guarantees, as our villas are personal spaces curated for guests, not commercial investments. Our goal is to generate optimal revenue while preserving the integrity and exclusivity of the property. Earnings depend on occupancy, season, and pricing.
