Refund Policy

We believe in complete transparency. Here is exactly how refunds are processed when a booking is modified or cancelled.

01 · Refund Eligibility

When Are Refunds Applicable?

Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel before your check-in date. The table below outlines what you are entitled to in each scenario.

Cancellation windows are calculated from check-in date at 12:00 PM IST unless stated otherwise at booking.

02 · Refund Process

How Refunds Are Processed

  • All approved refunds are credited to the original payment source only — the same card, UPI, net banking, or wallet used at booking.
  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days from the date your cancellation is confirmed by our team.
  • A confirmation is sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp number once the refund is initiated.
  • Actual credit may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider — this is outside our control.
  • Refunds will not be issued in cash, via a different bank account, or to any third-party payment method.
03 · Deductions & Charges

Applicable Deductions

  • Any administrative or villa-specific cancellation fees will be deducted from the refundable amount before processing.
  • Payment gateway or transaction charges incurred at booking are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation window.
  • For partial payment bookings, refunds apply only to the amount actually paid, minus applicable deductions.
04 · Non-Refundable Cases

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • Bookings under special offers, promotional rates, flash sales, or last-minute deals are non-refundable. This is always stated clearly at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations during peak seasons, long weekends, and festive periods (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Holi, etc.) may follow stricter villa-specific non-refundable terms.
  • No-shows — guests who do not arrive without prior written notice — forfeit the full booking amount.
  • Early check-outs are non-refundable for the unused nights.
Important Note
In exceptional circumstances such as natural calamities, government-mandated restrictions, or force majeure events, Stay Ananta reserves the right to offer rescheduling in lieu of a refund, based on availability and management discretion. We will always communicate proactively in such situations.
05 · Booking Modifications

Changing Your Booking Dates

  • Date modification requests are subject to villa availability at the time of the request.
  • If revised dates carry a higher tariff, the difference must be paid before the modification is confirmed.
  • Modified bookings are governed by the terms applicable to the new dates, including updated cancellation or refund conditions.
  • Modification requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the original check-in date.
