Perched on a hilltop, The Wisteria Villa; a homestay situated in the tiny hamlet of Nasogi in Manali is a spectacular house set in wood and stone that instantly sets a luxurious tone for your staycation. – Bonfire, barbecue kit, bar, fireplace
– Secured parking space for up to 4 cars.

This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 3 spacious bedrooms; Gazania, Magnolia & Iris situated in the villa.
– All bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, extra mattresses, electric blankets, heaters, Wi-Fi, TV, and wardrobes.
– Two of the bedrooms located in the villa have attached balconies, overlooking the stunning valley.
– All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

BATHROOMS
– There are 3 attached bathrooms and one powder room on the ground floor of the villa
– All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– There are two living rooms, each on the ground floor of the villa and cottage.
– The dining room in the villa with its lounge-style setting can accommodate up to 10 people. It also features a CCTV camera for security purposes.
– The living room also features a sunroom which can accommodate up to 4 people.
– The living room has Wi-Fi access.
– The living room is not equipped with an AC or TV. However, it offers a heater and a fireplace.
– The dining area is a component of the living room. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
– The exteriors of the villa feature a verdant 3000sq.ft lawn where guests can indulge in playful outdoor activities.
– The verandah can accommodate up to 14 people.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen premises
– The kitchen offers a microwave, refrigerator, and purifier.
– Crockery and cutlery are provided.

FOOD
– All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost per person.
– Guests are requested to adhere to meal timings.
– Consumption of non-veg food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to their rooms and common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is present at the property and is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost, on request.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests are spoilt for choice with a variety of indoor activities they can choose from. Enjoy a competitive game of ludo and cards with your friends or family. Have a quiet stroll through the lawn or indulge in some fun playful activities. Avid readers are in for a treat as this home features a great collection of books to read. Embark on a 45-minute hike to the Bara Pathar, and enjoy a picnic atop.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– A barbecue kit can be made available at an additional cost. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
– Guests can use the fireplace in the living room at an extra cost of Rs.1000 per hour.
– Washing machine can be used at an extra cost of Rs.300 per two pieces including drying.
– Access to the bar area for chasers and snacks will be charged as per actuals.
– A bonfire setup can be availed at an additional cost of Rs.1000 per hour.
