The Beach House

Take a break from the hectic life of the city and head over to The Beach House. Like its name suggests, this beautiful villa is located a stone’s throw away from one of the cleanest beaches in Alibaug, Awas Beach. Featuring a beautiful blend of tropical and modern interiors, while here, guests can pick up a book from the in-house library, lounge by the pool while sipping on their favourite cocktails or simply relax in the lawn.

– Secured parking space for up to 6 cars

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 4 bedrooms – 3 on the ground floor and 1 attic on the first floor.
– The 3 rooms on the ground floor are equipped with air conditioners and have attached bathrooms.
– All rooms have WiFi accessibility.
– 2 rooms have a king size bed, 1 has a queen size bed and the attic has a sizable mattress.

BATHROOMS
– There are 3 bathrooms in the villa – all attached to the rooms on the ground floor.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels, basic toiletries and hair dryers.

COMMON AREAS
– The living room offers sofa-style seating for up to 20 people.
–  It is equipped with a music system, AC and offers WiFi access.
– The dining room is a part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for 6 people.
– There is a private swimming pool of 5.8 ft. depth.
– There is a quarter acre lawn with seating space for 10-15 people.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water dispenser, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.
– Cooking and consumption of non vegetarian food is allowed.

FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
–  Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker, a gardener and extra help is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker stays on the premises and will be available till 10 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 male and 2 female staff members. Female staff members will be accommodated in-house at an additional cost of Rs.2000 per person, per day, while the male staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters at an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games. One of the key highlights of the property is that it is located very close to the beach. Guests can simply walk over to the beach for a stroll or beach activities. There is an in-house library as well.

– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– The washing machine can be used at an additional cost.
