Home to an expansive array of lounging areas, the private pool is at your disposal at all times whilst the terrace is perfect for a peaceful night of stargazing. The gardens and lawns are delicately landscaped and feature a gazebo that is embellished with cosy outdoor seating. However, the centre point of this generously sized villa is the absolute bliss and tranquillity that echoes in every nook.

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property, nor pet-friendly.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– This holiday home features 4 spacious bedrooms – 3 on the ground floor and 1 master suite on the first floor.
– All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a comfortable king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, separate seating areas and ensuite bathrooms.
– All bedrooms overlook the serene greenery that surrounds the property.
– The master suite also offers a TV.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– A few bedrooms also have a bathtub.

COMMON AREAS
– The entrance of the villa features a petit outdoor courtyard, boasting a water fountain, potted plants and a swing.
– The courtyard opens up to the well-furnished living room that offers sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 6 people.
– It is equipped with a portable music system, TV, AC and Wi-Fi access.
– The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 8 people.
– The living area opens up to the attached balcony, which is furnished with outdoor seating arrangements and a swing, perfect for a quiet evening spent indoors.
– Boasting verdant green exteriors and tiled walkways, the home also has a 1-acre landscaped garden, with an attached gazebo.
– The eloquently furnished gazebo features a daybed and rattan furnishings.
– Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool, soak in the soaring Alibaug sun and relax in the gazebo.
– The pool is 25×50 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
– A cast-iron staircase leads up to the private terrace that overlooks the lush greenery, the pristine pool and the peaceful gazebo.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
– Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

Guaranteeing solace, within the property, guests can start their day with a leisurely stroll on the lawn, amidst the chirping birds and gentle humming of the fountain. Carry a book to read peacefully in the gazebo. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games such as cards or ludo. Reserve the evenings for a refreshing splash in the private pool and relax in the gazebo. Head over to the terrace and end the day with a peaceful night of stargazing.
