BEDROOMS
– The villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, spread across 2 units – 3 in one unit and 2 approximately 50 metres away from the main villa.
– All the rooms are quite spacious and adorned with stylish furniture and the best in class amenities and are equipped with attached bathrooms.
– Each room has a double-sized bed and can accommodate up to 3 people in each room with an extra bed (extra mattresses would be provided).
– All rooms are connected to balconies or an open terrace.
– Please note that 2 of the bedrooms have a separate entrance which is approximately up to 14 meters opposite the main villa.
BATHROOMS
– The villa has 5 attached bathrooms with geysers.
– Towels and basic toiletries are provided.
COMMON AREAS
– Make a splash in the swimming pool.
– Enjoy the spacious, well maintained, private lawn.
– The living room is well lit with modern furniture, a music system.
– There is a dining area for 6 people.
– Wifi is available in the living room.
KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave, crockery for around 30 people, and a water purifier.
FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
– The neighborhood also has some local restaurants and cafes about 8-10 km. away from the property. Some of them are famous for their lip-smacking Maharashtrian cuisine.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
– Guests have access to their rooms and the common areas. The common areas may have to be shared with other guests.
– There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.
– In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property, but is accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
ACTIVITIES
Enjoy a dip in the pool or chill by the lawn. Play board games like Poker, Taboo, Pictionary, Monopoly, Uno, etc. There are also various indoor and outdoor games and activities such as archery, cricket, badminton, mini wall climbing, rain dance, mini golf, etc.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
