Standard Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our policy is designed to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness to both guests and villa hosts.

At Stay Ananta, every booking comes with a commitment — from us to you, and from you to the experience. Please read this policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

Section 01

Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days or more before check-in: 80% of the booking value refunded to the original payment method, or 100% as a Future Credit Note.
  • 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the booking value refunded to the original payment method, or 60% as a Future Credit Note.
  • Within 7 days of check-in: The booking is entirely non-refundable. No credit note will be issued.

Please note: The standard cancellation policy does not apply during peak dates, festive periods, or special events. Villa-specific terms will apply for such dates and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the booking value will be charged on all refunds processed by Stay Ananta. This fee covers platform charges, convenience fees, and payment processing costs.

This fee is applicable regardless of the timing of the cancellation and will be deducted before the refund is processed.

GST is applicable on all cancellation fees. Refunds exclude accommodation and cleaning charges where applicable.

Partially Paid Bookings

If a booking has been only partially paid for at the time of cancellation, the cancellation will be considered non-refundable regardless of the notice period provided.

We strongly recommend completing the full payment at the time of booking to be eligible for the standard cancellation terms above.

Section 04

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your cancellation request by email, eligible refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment instrument used at the time of booking.
  • Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@stayananta.com.
  • Bookings made via third-party platforms such as Airbnb or GoMMT will be governed by the cancellation policy of the respective platform.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. What is the Stay Ananta Cancellation Policy? +

If you cancel 14 days or more before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund to your original payment method, or 100% as a Future Credit Note.

For cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund or 60% as a Future Credit Note.

A 20% cancellation fee will apply to all refunds. The standard policy does not apply during peak dates or special events.

Q2. How does the Future Credit Note work? +

A Future Credit Note gives you the flexibility to use your booking value for a later stay at any Stay Ananta property.

  • If the new booking amount is higher, the difference is payable by the guest.
  • Credit notes are typically valid for six months from the date of issue.
  • The check-in date of the new booking must fall within the validity period.
  • Credit notes cannot be combined but can be used partially across multiple bookings.
  • Credits are transferable upon written request to info@stayananta.com.
  • If a booking made with a credit note is cancelled, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Q3. Is there a Rescheduling Policy? +

By Guest:

  • Guests can request to reschedule up to 14 days before check-in, subject to availability.
  • Any difference in the revised booking value will need to be paid by the guest.
  • Rescheduling is not permitted for peak dates.

By Stay Ananta:

In rare cases where we must cancel a booking, guests may choose one of the following:

  • An alternative comparable stay
  • A Future Credit Note (valid for six months from the date of issue)
  • A full refund of the total amount paid
Q4. Are there any other terms and conditions? +
  • Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • GST is applicable on all cancellation fees.
  • Refunds exclude accommodation and cleaning charges.
  • Early check-ins and late check-outs may incur additional charges, subject to availability.
  • Bookings via third-party platforms will be governed by that platform’s cancellation policy.
