The Gatsby House is named so owing to its decadent, larger-than-life feel that was written about in the novel, The Great Gatsby. This is one holiday home that you’d certainly want to stay at if yours is a big group looking to get away for a great time together. Spread over 11 acres, this property has a swimming pool, a billiards table, a 20-seater dining table, a huge living room where everyone can hang out together and a huge artificial pond that adds a luxurious touch. This grand villa is the perfect spot for a big group to have the time of their lives!
The Space

Bedrooms
– All 6 bedrooms are air-conditioned and have balconies.
– All rooms have double beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request.
– Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
Bathrooms
– The villa has 6 private bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms.
– 1 bathroom has a jacuzzi.
– All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.
– Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided.
Living Room
– The living room overlooks the pool and the greenery around.
– It is spacious and can easily accommodate a group of 30-35 people.
– The area also features a dining table, a bar counter, a snooker table and a few other games.
Kitchen
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own food.
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier.
– Crockery is available for 36 people.
Meals
– Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
– Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package.
– In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
– Guests can indulge in the local fare at nearby restaurants, however, please check the timings given the prevalent lockdown rules.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
– Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
Pool:
– The villa has a private pool and a huge open space with an artificial pond.
– Pool size: 37ft x 22ft with a depth of 4ft.

– The games room has games like table tennis, foosball, carrom, etc.
– Outdoor game equipment for football and badminton are also available.
– A fully equipped conference room is available in the villa.
– Conference room can be used on prior approval.

House Rules
- No loud music is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guest may smoke outdoors.
- Guests are advised to avoid the terrace due to its low walls which can be dangerous.
- Swimming is not allowed in the artificial pond.
- Guests are not allowed to use the owner’s music system. There’s another system for guests to use.
- Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season
- Owing to monsoons, the road conditions leading up to the villa may be poor.
- External DJs and live music is not permitted.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

- The villa has solar-powered geysers. While this measure is better for the environment, it means the level of heating may fluctuate from time to time.
- Secured parking space for 5 cars is available.
- There are 3 jacuzzis available, however, the outdoor jacuzzi, near the pool area, is not functional. Guests can use the 2 indoor jacuzzis at no additional costs.
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
