– The air-conditioned dining area is a component of the living room and can seat up to 6 people.
– The exteriors of the home boast a private swimming pool, 15.8×7.8 ft. in size and 4.6 ft. in depth.
– Guests have access to the pool from 7 AM to 8 PM.
– Guests can take a leisurely stroll in the society garden, on the premises of the same property.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire duplex apartment. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

- Guests are advised to shut the windows and doors in the evenings, especially during the monsoon season, given the presence of insects and bugs around.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas for security purposes.
- Kindly note that this is an apartment unit on the first floor of a gated community. There is an elevator leading to the apartment.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 8 hours.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
