Pet friendly. Smoking in exterior areas only. No hookah on the premises. Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, though consumption is permitted.
Outside vendors and events must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please confirm with reservations before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the cancellation date, after deducting a 10% processing fee.
Bookings made via third-party platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Booking.com or Airbnb are subject to their respective cancellation and refund policies.
Bookings made using the “NOCANCEL” coupon, peak-date bookings and partial-payment bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
For last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, we will attempt to secure a replacement booking. If successful, the new booking amount less 10% is refunded; otherwise the cancellation is treated as a no-show with no refund.
Future Stay Voucher (FSV)
An FSV is a credit issued by Stay Ananta that lets you rebook any of our properties across India, valid for one year from the date of issue.
Choosing an FSV credits the full amount with no processing fee, whereas a bank refund carries a 10% deduction.
The FSV can be used multiple times until fully utilised and is applied directly at payment for a new booking.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed once for the same property, if requested between 12 and 6 days before check-in, subject to availability and a 30% rescheduling fee.
The new booking must be made within 3 months of the original booking date. Partial-payment bookings are not eligible.
Any balance remaining after the rescheduling fee and the new booking amount is absorbed into the new booking and is not refunded. Rescheduled bookings are not eligible for a refund.
Meals & Additional Services
Meal cancellations made at least 2 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund. For any meal-related changes, please contact our support team in advance.
