One of the most elegant homes we’ve seen, This villa is the perfect place for a luxurious getaway. Its muted interior colours are vibrantly lit, and make for a great backdrop to your holiday. With a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, a swing in the balcony, cosy sofas in the living room and a beautiful gazebo outside, you will find it hard to pick your favourite spot here. If you would like to sneak in a workout, you may use the gym. This villa is perfect for a stay for a group of around 15 people, and it also offers the opportunity to host an event for up to 100 guests at an additional cost. Well worth a visit, we say!

Space

Let me walk you through the villa.

BEDROOMS:
– There are 4 bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
– ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms.
– Double-sized beds are offered in all the rooms.
– Wardrobes are available in all rooms.
– Balconies are offered in all the rooms.

COMMON AREAS:
– There is a private swimming pool.
– The living room accommodates up to 15 people.
– It offers AC, TV and WiFi.
– The lawn has a seating area for around 6 people.
– Events can be held in the clubhouse of the villa that can accommodate up to 100 people, at an additional cost on prior notice.

BATHROOMS:
– There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room.
– Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all attached bathrooms.
– There is a bathtub in one of the rooms.

KITCHEN & MEALS:
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water dispenser.
– Crockery and cutlery are available for 15 people.
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
– However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.3000 per day will be levied.
– Meal packages including breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
– Vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 2200 per person, per day.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 48hrs prior to the check-in date.
– Guests may eat also eat out in nearby eateries like Buvachi Misal, Rama Krishna and German Bakery.
– In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
– Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed in the villa.
– The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak / festive dates.
– The meals will be delivered to the villa.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

ACTIVITIES:
They can also play outdoor games on the common lawn.

HOUSE RULES:
– Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
– Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
– Pets are not allowed.
– Hookah is strictly prohibited.
– Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian meals is not allowed in the villa.
– Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

GUEST ACCESS:
– The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

Staff Accommodation
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
– Barbecue kit can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs.1500 with an additional GST charge of 18%.
– Barbecue can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per person with an additional GST charge of 18%.
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
– Parking space is secured for 1 car.
– A medical kit is available at the villa.
– The lawn is a common area within walking distance from the villa.
