BEDROOMS
– There are five bedrooms, two on the basement, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
– Each room has a queen-size bed.
– Five extra mattresses can be provided.
– All rooms have air conditioners.
– Four of the five rooms have attached bathrooms.
BATHROOMS
– The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy.
– All bathrooms have hot water supply and towels.
– One of the bathrooms has a bathtub.
COMMON AREAS
– The living room is spacious. It can comfortably seat 15 guests and is equipped with a cooler. It does not have an AC.
– There is a small plunge pool, ideal for 2-3 people.
– The outdoor seating can accommodate approximately 15 people.
KITCHEN
– Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, a charge of Rs.1500 per day will be levied.
– The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and water purifier.
– Crockery is available for 15-18 people.
– There is a small bar counter at the villa.
FOOD
– Guests can choose to order in or eat out at nearby restaurants.
– Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the common areas and their room. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
- Pets are not allowed at the villa.
- While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- On the generator, the geyser and AC do not work simultaneously.
- The living room is not air-conditioned. On prior notice, a cooler can be arranged for you at an additional charge.
- Power backup is not available at this villa. On prior notice, a generator can be arranged for you at an additional charge.
- Toiletries are not provided.
- This villa is not recommended for senior citizens.
- Personal connections sure get stronger, but cellphone networks may be weak here.
- Guests do not have access to the lawn.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
