True to its name, Green Grove is situated amidst lush greenery and gorgeous views. With a stunning and eccentric facade, this property features beautiful modern interiors with amenities catering to all your needs. While at this cosy villa, guests can enjoy their mornings in the lawn, soak in the beautiful views of the hills in the evenings, and warm themselves against the bonfire at nights, a perfect end to the day!

This is not a wheelchair friendly property, nor a pet-friendly property.
The Space:
BEDROOMS
– There are 2 bedrooms – both on the ground floor.
– ACs are offered in both rooms.
– Both rooms have king-sized beds.
BATHROOMS
– There are 2 bathrooms in the villa – one attached, one common
– Both bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
– There is a well-ventilated living room on the ground floor. It does not have an AC.
– It provides comfortable seating for up to 8 people.
– There is a separate dining area that offers seating for up to 6 people.
– There is an expansive 600 sq. ft lawn equipped with seating for up to 6 people.
– There is a portable badminton kit at the property that guests may use and have an amazing time with their loved ones.
KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier and a mixer-grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.
FOOD
– Guests can order in or take away food from the nearby Grape County.
– The caretaker can pick up food orders at an additional cost. However, he will not be able to run errands post-evening.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker can pick up food orders at additional cost, However, he cannot run errands outside post evening time.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
– Bonfire can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per use.
– The caretaker can get food from nearby restaurants at a nominal additional charge.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.HOME TRUTHS

– Owing to the monsoon season, there may be water seepage in the villas.
– The property is a part of a gated community.
– This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik.
– The last 1 km. leading up to the villa may not be concrete and has potholes owing to the unfavourable weather conditions.
– In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 3 hours. It does not support ACs and other heavy appliances.
– The living room is not equipped with an AC.
– Wifi or Dongle are not available. Guests are requested to rely on their mobile internet connection.
– Cellular networks such as Jio work fairly well.
– Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members.
– Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects around.

- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Drinking is allowed only in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
