4 king-bedded rooms across 2 units. Unit 1: Bedroom 1 (ground floor, ensuite), Bedroom 2 (first floor, ensuite + balcony). Unit 2: Bedroom 3 (ground floor, ensuite), Bedroom 4 (first floor, ensuite + balcony). All rooms include AC, TV, dongle, king-sized bed, extra mattress, and wardrobe. 1 additional common bathroom available. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

Two living rooms (one per unit) on ground floor, each with dongle, sound system, patio and dining area. 5000 sq.ft private lawn (seats up to 10 people). Private infinity pool (30ft x 15ft, 4.2ft depth) with separate kids’ pool. Pool timings: 8 AM – 10 PM.
