Six beautifully designed cottages sit gracefully around a lush courtyard, each echoing the warmth and charm of a Balinese retreat. The rooms are spacious and earthy, filled with natural light, while open-air bathrooms with bathtubs and jacuzzis make every moment feel indulgent. A serene pool and 15,000 sq.ft lawn complete this riverside sanctuary.

Six beautifully appointed cottages named Tirta, Jagat, Sari, Angin, Bakti and Cinta. Tirta features a king-size bed with ensuite jacuzzi. Jagat and Cinta offer king beds with ensuite bathtubs. Sari, Angin and Bakti feature king beds with ensuite bathrooms. All cottages include AC, TV, Wi-Fi, extra mattresses and open-air shower areas.

6 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. All have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. Two bathrooms feature bathtubs and one includes a jacuzzi.

• 1. What is the best way to reach the place?
  The place is 40 km away from Navi Mumbai International Airport, 7.5 km from Karjat Railway Station and 7.5 km from Karjat Bus Stand. We will be able to help you with more information on the location and how to get here once you have booked.
• 2. Can I drive all the way up to the entrance?
  Due to temporary road construction on the main highway route leading to the villa, guests will need to follow an alternate route until further notice.
• 3. Is parking available?
  Parking is available for up to 5 cars and bikes outside the villa.
• 4. Is the place suitable for senior citizens, wheelchair users, and/or others with mobility challenges?
  We regret that we are currently unable to provide a comfortable environment for those with mobility challenges here. We are working to make this space more inclusive.
• 5. What group size/s is the place suitable for?
  The place can be booked as an entire unit for 20 guests.
• 6. Is this stay part of a society or a standalone property?
  This is a standalone property.

• 10. Can my driver/s and other personal staff be accommodated here?
  No, personal staff cannot be accommodated at the villa.

• 12. Will there be any other guests besides my group and me?
  No – if you book this listing, you and your group will have the entire space to yourselves.
• 13. Can I bring a pet along?
  Yes, pets are most welcome here. Please keep them supervised at all times to ensure there are no damages caused, and most importantly for their own safety in an unfamiliar space.
• 14. Can I reserve the place for a shoot?
  Yes, the place is available for shoots. The cost to conduct a shoot may differ from the stay cost. Please inform the team about your requirement at villas@stayananta.com to discuss this further.
• 15. Will we have staff to help us? Where do they live?
  Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker does not stay on the premises of the property but will be available throughout your stay.
• 16. What about meals? Is non-vegetarian food allowed?
  All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guests do have access to the kitchen.
• 17. What is the kitchen equipped with?
  It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, and a mixer-grinder.
• 18. How often can I expect turndown service?
  When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed.
• 19. Is Wi-Fi offered?
  Wi-Fi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
• 20. Is power backup available?
  In case of a power outage, the DG can provide backup.
• 21. Any additional amenities and services available that I should know about?
  Barbecue is available at an extra cost. The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. Bonfire setup is available at an additional of Rs. 3000, per session. Al fresco dining is available at an additional cost of Rs. 5000, per night.

• 23. What activities can I indulge in around here?
  If you wish to step out, here are a few of the activities that we recommend around here: A visit to Kondana Caves, Jain Temple, Ulhas Valley and Bahiri Cave.
• 24. Will I be asked for my ID?
  All guests should keep at least one government authorized ID with them. The caretaker may request to see them when you check in.
• 25. Is alcohol allowed here?
  Consumption of alcohol is allowed in the property. Please ensure you and your group stay absolutely safe. We also trust our guests to enjoy a happy high without indulging in drunken misbehaviour of any kind.
• 26. Is smoking allowed here?
  Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the property.
• 27. Are drugs allowed here?
  No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all.
• 28. Is loud music allowed here?
  Loud music is allowed till 10 PM.
