ADD-ON SERVICES
– Guests can order in or go out to nearby restaurants like Domino’s, Joet’s Restaurant and Martin’s Corner.
– One can also opt for a 5-Course Wine & Dine experience that can be availed if informed 5 days prior to check-in at an additional cost of Rs. 4500 per person.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– The heated pool can be accessed at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per day. Guests are requested to inform us of the same minimum 15 hours in advance.

Ground Floor
There is a living room on the lower ground floor. It can seat up to 6 people.
It offers AC, TV, a music system and WiFi access.
The dining area is a part of the living room and provides comfortable seating for up to 6 people.
Bathrooms
There are 3 bathrooms in the villa – all attached.
All bathrooms have boilers, towels and basic toiletries.
2 bathrooms have an outdoor shower and 1 bathroom has a bathtub.
Kitchen
Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, water purifier, toaster, electric grill and a mixer.
Crockery and cutlery are available.
Swimming Pool
There is a private swimming pool. It is 30×6 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
There is a plunge pool attached to the bedroom on the first floor. It is 12×6 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
All the pools are equipped with pool loungers, tables and chairs.

- Guests are requested to keep the windows and doors closed in the evenings, given the presence of mosquitoes.
- Please note that the parking space is outside the main entrance where guests can park their cars at their own risk.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Children must be supervised.
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed everywhere except in the bedrooms.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- There are CCTV cameras at the entrance of the villa for security purposes.
- Any eatables dropped would attract ants and insects, hence guests are requested to keep the space clean.
- Guests are not allowed to eat or drink and smoke in the bedrooms.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10:00 PM.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the property.
- In case of a power outage, the society generator can support all appliances for up to 24 hours.
