With plush seating, the state-of-the-art home theatre is also the perfect spot for a movie marathon. Adventure seekers can embark on nearby treks to iconic spots like Kondana Caves and Bhivpuri Waterfalls. End your day with a nightcap under the stars, or perhaps another screening in the private theatre room.

8 well-furnished bedrooms – 6 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. All bedrooms boast king-size beds, modern furnishings, and separate seating areas. Each bedroom is furnished with AC, Wi-Fi, workstation, wardrobe and a rollaway bed. Each bedroom opens up to an ensuite bathroom. Two bathrooms feature a jacuzzi. Several bedrooms have attached balconies with scenic views.

  The property is suitable for senior citizens. However, we are currently unable to provide a comfortable environment for those with mobility challenges.

  The place can be booked as an entire unit for 24 guests.

  We can provide accommodation for 2 of your personal staff members at an additional charge of ₹1,500 per night exclusive of meals and taxes.
• 11. Will I be sharing the place with other guests?
  No – if you book this listing, you and your group will have the entire space to yourselves!
• 12. Can I bring a pet along?
  Much as we’d love to host them, this stay is not suitable for pets.
• 13. Can I reserve the place for a shoot?
  Yes, the place is available for shoots. The cost to conduct a shoot may differ from the stay cost.
• 14. Will we have staff to help us?
  Yes, trained and responsible housekeeping staff and a personalised butler is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. The housekeeping staff will be available from 8 AM to 11 PM.
• 15. What about meals? Is non-vegetarian food allowed?
  Guests do not have access to the kitchen. All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• 16. Is Wi-Fi offered?
  Yes – Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• 17. Is power backup available?
  In case of a power outage, the generator can provide power backup.
• 18. Any additional amenities and services available?
  Barbecue is available at an extra cost. Guests can access the private home theatre for no charge for the first 3 hours. Post that an extra charge of ₹2,000 per hour will be levied.

  The pool can be used from 8 AM to 10 PM. The infinity pool is 5 ft. deep. The baby pool is 4 ft. deep. Children must always be supervised. Please do not carry food, drinks, or glassware in and around the pool.

  Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
• 23. Are all-male groups allowed?
  Yes, all-male groups are allowed to book the property, however, a refundable deposit of ₹25,000 will be levied.
• 24. When can I be sure my booking is confirmed?
  Your booking is 100% confirmed only after you’ve made the full payment and received an email confirming your stay.
• 25. How do I pay the security deposit?
  You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. The deposit will be collected at the time of check-in and refunded within 5 working days from check-out if there are no damages.
