Security Deposit: ₹5,000 per room
  • Outside food is allowed in the villa.
  • Kitchen access is available for guests. Cleaning charges of INR 1,000 per day are applicable.
  • Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during their stay.
  • Staff assistance is available from 8 AM to 9 PM; beyond these hours, a charge of ₹300 per hour applies.
  • Bachelor groups and stag parties are allowed with a higher security deposit.
  • Parties and late-night revelry are not encouraged. Loud music is not permitted beyond 8 PM.
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
  • Illegal activities including carrying or consuming drugs, narcotics, firearms, or weapons are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
  • The pool is unsupervised with no lifeguard on duty. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool.
  • Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items.
  • As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry a government-approved photo ID with address. Accepted IDs: Aadhar Card, Driving License, and Passport.
  • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

Quick Facts

Generator Policy In case of a power outage or fluctuations, the generator can be switched on. Diesel charges apply after 2 hours of usage at INR 700 per hour. The genset must be switched off for 30 minutes after every two hours of usage to avoid a breakdown. Power outages due to weather or regional restrictions are beyond our control.
Internet Connectivity Considering the unique location of the villa, internet connectivity can be affected due to falling trees, heavy rains, or other environmental causes.
Monsoon Advisory During the monsoon season, power outages may occur due to coastal winds. Our villa staff will be on standby and our power backup system will activate swiftly. We kindly request guests to refrain from using high-power appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during backup operation to maintain system stability.
