House Rules

  • No loud music, chaos, or parties after 10 PM.
  • Smoking is allowed on the property (outdoor/designated areas only).
  • Only registered guests are allowed on the property for security reasons.
  • Guests must complete a check-in form and submit valid photo ID of all guests at the time of check-in. Non-Indian nationals must provide visa details.
  • A refundable security deposit of Rs. 20,000 is collected at check-in and refunded at checkout, assuming no damages to the property.
  • Housekeeping team is available from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Long-term stays of 28 days or more are allowed.
  • Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa including the private pool, outdoor areas, living areas, bedrooms, and kitchen.

Policies

  • Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur an additional charge of Rs. 2,000 per hour.
  • A refundable security deposit of Rs. 20,000 is collected at check-in and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted.
  • Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unaccounted visitors are strictly not allowed.
  • Breakfast is not included. A chef on call is available and must be booked in advance.
  • Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
  • Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Dental and shaving kits are available on request.
