7 well-furnished bedrooms – 6 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. All bedrooms boast a spectrum of modern furnishings, rimless mirrors and separate seating areas. Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed, AC, wardrobe and Wi-Fi access. Each bedroom opens up to an ensuite bathroom. 4 bedrooms open up directly to the pool.

  We can provide accommodation for 2 male and 2 female staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day, inclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

  Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. The caretaker lives on the premises of the property.

  Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• 17. What is the kitchen equipped with?
  It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery.
• 18. How often can I expect turndown service?
  When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering.

  Wi-Fi, although provided, is subject to network availability at any given time.

  In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for 10 hours.

  All guests should keep at least one government authorized ID with them. The caretaker may request to see them when you check in.
• 25. Is alcohol allowed here?
  Yes – alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please ensure you and your group stay absolutely safe.

  Yes – smoking is allowed outdoors. Smoking indoors is not permitted.

  No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police.

  Your booking is 100% confirmed only after you have made the full payment and received an email confirming your stay.

• 36. How do I pay the security deposit and how do I get it back?
  You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link within 5 working days from the check-out date.
