It is a homage to the traditional architectural style of the region, with the interiors housing every modern comfort. The master bedroom is akin to a 5-star suite, while the other two rooms are also equally comfortable and quite spacious. The views from the patio and balcony are sure to lure you outside, where you can also enjoy a bonfire on chilly evenings. The well-maintained lawn adds a generous touch of green to space and brings you closer to nature. This beautiful villa is bound to put you at ease the moment you get here and will make for a comfortable stay for your group.

Space:
Bedrooms:
– The property has 3 bedrooms.
– All the bedrooms have double beds with electric mattresses.
– Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
– A couple of bedrooms offer Wi-Fi access.

Living Room:
– The living area is spacious and can accommodate about 14 people.
– The living room also has a flat screen television so you do not miss your favourite shows, along with a hold and cold AC.
– The villa has a beautiful private lawn, with a seating area.
– The lawn is ideal for events and gatherings that can be organized with prior notice at an additional cost.

Bathrooms:
– The property has 3 private bathrooms and 1 powder bathroom.
– All private bathrooms have modern fixtures and are equipped with geysers for 24/7 hot water supply.
– Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided in all bathrooms.

Kitchen and Meals:
– The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a gas stove, a refrigerator, an oven, and a water purifier.
– Guests have access to the kitchen and can prepare meals at their convenience.
– All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
– Crockery is available for 10 people.

Lawn:
– The villa has a beautiful private lawn, with a seating area.
– The lawn is ideal for events and gatherings that can be organized with prior notice at an additional cost.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Barbecue kit is available at no additional cost. However, all ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
– Guests can enjoy a bonfire session at an additional cost of Rs. 500/- per crate of wood.

House Rules:
– Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
– Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

Other things to note:
– Bookings for guests with infants or kids will not be accepted during the month of January because of extreme cold temperatures.
– Secured parking space for 2-3 cars is available.
– We can provide accommodation for one staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per day, exclusive of meal charges.
– A power backup is available at the property.
– A medical kit with basic first aid is available.
– Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi, offered in a couple of bedrooms. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

Guest Access:
– Guests have access to the entire property and its outdoor spaces.
–  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.
– We can provide accommodation for one staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per day, exclusive of meal charges.

Interaction with Guests:
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

POLICIES:
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
– This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

Activities: 
– The house is very close to all the action and yet away from the hustle-bustle of the city
– There are beautiful trails for walks and cycling around the property Mountain- bicycles and motorcycles/scooters are all available on hire,
– Mountain guides are also available in case you wish to hire them. Day treks/excursions can also be organized.
– A picnic can be enjoyed by the river, which is a five-minute walk from the mountains and if
you are lucky you can see the shy mountain fox around the river or just laze around doing nothing.
