- Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM; loud music or disturbances may incur a ₹10,000 penalty.
- Switch off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
- Towels are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside the premises.
Things To Know
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- For all bookings made for dates up to 13th August, the base price includes access to only 2 bedrooms for up to 4 guests. Although the listing mentions 3 bedrooms, the third room will remain locked unless additional guests are added. Extra charges will apply for additional guests, and the third bedroom will be made available accordingly.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.
