Space
Let me walk you through the villa:
BEDROOMS:
– There are 3 bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
– ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the bedrooms.
– All bedrooms have double-sized beds.
LIVING ROOM:
– The living room seats 11 people comfortably.
– It offers a TV and WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
BATHROOMS:
– There are 3 bathrooms – all attached.
– Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms.
KITCHEN:
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a gas stove and a water purifier.
– Crockery and cutlery are available for 12 people.
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
MEALS:
– Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
– Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals are priced at Rs.2200 per person, per day.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 48hrs prior to the check-in date.
– All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
– Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package.
– In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
POOL AND LAWN:
– There is a lawn with seating for up to 7 people.
– There is a private pool. It can accommodate up to 12 people at any given time.
– The pool is 25×12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
ENTERTAINMENT:
– Indoor games like chess, badminton and an entertainment box are provided in the villa.
HOUSE RULES:
– Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
– Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
– Pets are not allowed in the villa.
– Footwear is not allowed in the villa.
– Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
GUEST ACCESS:
– The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
– There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.
INTERACTION WITH THE GUESTS:
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
– Parking space is secured for up to 2 cars.
– A medical kit is available in the villa.
– A power backup is available in the villa.
– The last stretch to the villa can be a bit rough as the roads could be damaged by unfavourable weather.
– Guests are advised to stay careful given the damaged condition of 1.2 km of the road towards the villa.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
– Barbecue kit can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs.1500 with an additional GST charge of 18%.
– Barbecue can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per person with an additional GST charge of 18%.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
