Begin the morning with a swim in the infinity pool as the sun rises over the ocean. Take a peaceful walk through the Casuarina-lined neighbourhood before a chef-prepared breakfast. Spend the afternoon at Kashid Beach — water sports can be arranged at actual cost. Return for golden hour by the pool with the bar open. After dinner, the dance floor awaits — or request a bonfire under the stars.

Ground Floor (Rooms 1–3) — King bed, AC, balcony, ensuite with geyser, towels and toiletries.
First Floor (Rooms 4–5) — King bed, AC, balcony, ensuite with geyser and bathtub.
First Floor (Room 6) — King bed, AC, balcony, ensuite with geyser.

9 bathrooms in total — 6 ensuite and 3 common. All are modern with towels, toiletries and geysers. 2 attached bathrooms feature bathtubs.

Two expansive drawing rooms — seating 9 and 4 — both with home theatre and music systems. Dining room seats 10 with AC. Outside: infinity pool deck, jacuzzi, lawn, gazebo, and balconies. Bonfire available on request.

• All meals (breakfast, lunch, high-tea, dinner) available in-house at additional cost.
• Chef available for up to 15 guests; extra charge for additional guests. Available 8:30 am – 10:00 pm.

• Wear appropriate swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.

• Delivery services (Swiggy, Zomato) are not available in Alibaug — in-house meals recommended.
• Road conditions during monsoon season may be poor leading up to the villa.
• Jio and Airtel networks work fairly well. A Jio dongle is available on-site.
• Rooms are cleaned twice daily. Caretaker stays on the premises.
• CCTV cameras cover all external areas for security.
• Extra cleaning fee may apply for corporate events.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

• Up to 2 pets permitted at an additional charge of ₹5,000 + taxes.
• Pets are not allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
• Pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, blankets, or in the kitchen.
• Please clean up after your pets in all indoor and outdoor areas.
• Please carry your pet’s own blanket — villa linen will not be available for pets.
• Guests are advised to groom pets prior to arrival, especially if prone to shedding.
• A security deposit of ₹20,000 will be collected at check-in.
