The staff was courteous and so responsive. Jyoti, Pradeep and Laxmi were attentive and fulfilled all our requests. Property is beautiful, clean rooms and beautiful interiors and exteriors. Overall an awesome experience.
Highly recommend! Had a lovely family holiday at the Orchard by the river, Arnab and Laxmidhar were great hosts! The resident cook made excellent food for us as per all our needs, the property was extremely clean.
Experience at the Stay Ananta property was beyond our expectations. All the in house staff was excellent and made sure our needs are met and made us feel comfortable. The food was awesome, especially some of the house made desserts.
The food and the service from the staff was just excellent. It was just like home cooked food. They customised the food as per our tastes and fulfilled our requests. We are so glad that we booked the food service available on the property.

This is a very amazing place and recommend everyone to come here. This will be a great place for families to have fun. Especially the service was amazing and Danish bhaiya and Chef Mahesh Kumar were very nice. The food was also nice.
Location, villa and service is good, and must say the food was awesome, special thanks to chef Mahesh Kumar, Ganesh and care taker Danish. Danish was real good help in anything and everything we needed during our stay, he was active, always available and very supportive.
Had a great stay with my friends at Orchard By The River. The villa is beautifully designed, exactly like the pictures, with excellent interiors and a very aesthetic vibe. The place was clean and well-maintained, especially the swimming pool.
I have been to many villas, one every few months, but never saw such a beautiful, richly, aesthetically, tastefully designed, villa, up to every minutest detail. Amazing service quality, very sumptuous tasty food made by Pradeep and served by Laxmidhar and Jyoti. Best villa visited.
The villa at Karjat, Orchard by the river was very well maintained and clean. A special round of applause for the staff present there – Surendra, Bustar, Pradip – these 3 guys are absolute Gem, extremely responsive and responsible, very polite. A great compliment to Mr. Drushant who handled and overseen everything with excellence.
Orchard by the River, Karjat – A Delightful Blend of Great Food and Beautiful Stay. We recently spent a weekend at Orchard by the River in Karjat, and it was a truly rejuvenating experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality.
Chef Vilas the food was really good. And the chef made the food as we told him. Dev the Caretaker was really helpful and made our stay really comforting.

Great stay for a weekend. Private pool was clean and we used it a lot. Lawn also nice for sitting at night.

We were fortunate to be part of the property’s inauguration and among its very first guests. The interiors, featuring brick and wooden elements, create a warm and cozy atmosphere. Set in a peaceful location with stunning mountain views. The hospitality of the staff, especially Ajit Rajak and his team, was exceptional.
