This is not a wheel-chair-friendly property. Pets are allowed.
The Space:
BEDROOMS
– There are 3 well-furnished rooms – all on the ground floor.
– All bedrooms offer amenities that include a king-sized bed, a foldable bed, Wi-Fi access, AC, wardrobe and gorgeous views of the hills.
– 2 of the 3 bedrooms have a shared common bathroom.
BATHROOMS
– There is 1 attached bathroom and 3 common bathrooms.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
– There is an expansive living room on the first floor, with sofa and couch-style seating for up to 12 people.
– It is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi and a wired music system.
– The dining area is a component of the living room and features a classic wooden in-built table with a bench.
– It can comfortably seat up to 6 people.
– The villa has a private infinity pool, 16×8 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes and to make simple food, but not for elaborate cooking.
– It is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water purifier and toaster.
– Crockery and cutlery are also available.
FOOD
– Guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

Within the property, guests can play indoor board games. Guests can unwind on the couch sipping on your hot cuppa. Guests can make the most of the home theatre system and binge on their favourite movies and TV shows. Enjoy a de-stressing dip in the infinity pool overlooking the scenic hills. They can also soak in the beautiful views and spend some quality fun time in the lounge near the pool.

House Rules
- In case of power outages, the 4KVA inverter can support all lights and fans for up to 12 hours.
- The caretaker stays near the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Pets are not allowed near the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- The living room is not equipped with an AC.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
