  • Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
  • Guests are advised to groom their pets prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

Cancellation Policy
10% Processing Fee on Bank Refunds Future Stay Voucher Available Non-refundable: NOCANCEL / Peak / Partial Payment
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the cancellation date, after deducting a 10% processing fee.
Bookings made via third-party platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) are subject to their respective cancellation and refund policies.
Bookings made using the “NOCANCEL” coupon, peak date bookings, and partial payment bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Future Stay Voucher (FSV)
No Processing Fee
A Future Stay Voucher (FSV) is a credit that allows you to rebook any Stay Ananta property across India, valid for 1 year from issuance.
If you opt for an FSV, the full refund amount is credited without any processing fee, whereas bank refunds incur a 10% deduction.
The FSV can be used multiple times until fully utilized and applied directly during payment for a new booking.
Rescheduling
30% Rescheduling Fee
Rescheduling is allowed only once for the same property, if requested between 12 and 6 days before check-in, subject to availability.
The new booking must be made within 3 months of the original booking date. Partial payment bookings are not eligible for rescheduling.
Any remaining balance after deducting the rescheduling fee and adjusting the new booking amount will be absorbed into the new booking and will not be refunded.
Rescheduled bookings are not eligible for a refund.
Last-Minute & No-Show
For last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Stay Ananta will attempt to secure a replacement booking. If successful, the new booking amount (after a 10% deduction) will be refunded; otherwise, it will be treated as a no-show with no refund.
Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions unlock access to all discounts and promotional offers, available both online and offline. Subscription remains valid for 3 months from the original purchase date. Subscription fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Meals
