The City of Lakes is the crown of Rajasthan, ringed on every side by the Aravalli hills. Natural beauty multiplied by centuries of human effort makes it one of the most enchanting places in the state, and one of its finest architectural showcases. Ikebana sits well outside the city on the forest edge — genuinely secluded, which is the whole point of it. The lakes and palaces are a 16 to 23 km drive away.
Good to Know
This is a remote property. There is no Wi-Fi at the villa and no mobile network indoors — guests report the best signal out in the garden. Restaurants and grocery shops are a fair drive away in the city, so we recommend arranging meals through the villa kitchen and stocking up before you arrive. A flight of fairly steep stairs leads up to the villa, so it does not suit guests with limited mobility.
Best Time to Visit
October to March is the most comfortable stretch — cool, clear days made for the pool, the terrace and long drives to the lakes. The monsoon from July to September turns the forest and hills deep green and is the quietest time of year here. Summers are warm, and the villa leans on its pool and the shade of the terrace.

Ikebana is a beautiful property! Very comfortable, clean, new and luxurious. Very well designed rooms, common hall, kitchen and bathrooms. Three rooms on the ground floor have direct access to common areas. It has good views of mountains, a very large garden and good size parking. Nitesh — the main caretaker — and the other housekeeping staff were exceptionally good. Food was also delicious. Highly recommend this property for groups of 3 to 6 couples.

Strictly pure vegetarian property. All-male groups are not permitted. Not pet friendly and not wheelchair accessible. Smoking in exterior areas only.
No Wi-Fi is offered at the property, and mobile network is not available indoors.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please confirm with reservations before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the cancellation date, after deducting a 10% processing fee.
Bookings made via third-party platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Booking.com or Airbnb are subject to their respective cancellation and refund policies.
Bookings made using the “NOCANCEL” coupon, peak-date bookings and partial-payment bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
For last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, we will attempt to secure a replacement booking. If successful, the new booking amount less 10% is refunded; otherwise the cancellation is treated as a no-show with no refund.
Future Stay Voucher (FSV)
An FSV is a credit issued by Stay Ananta that lets you rebook any of our properties across India, valid for one year from the date of issue.
Choosing an FSV credits the full amount with no processing fee, whereas a bank refund carries a 10% deduction.
The FSV can be used multiple times until fully utilised and is applied directly at payment for a new booking.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed once for the same property, if requested between 12 and 6 days before check-in, subject to availability and a 30% rescheduling fee.
The new booking must be made within 3 months of the original booking date. Partial-payment bookings are not eligible.
Any balance remaining after the rescheduling fee and the new booking amount is absorbed into the new booking and is not refunded. Rescheduled bookings are not eligible for a refund.
Meals & Additional Services
Meal cancellations made at least 2 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund. For any meal-related changes, please contact our support team in advance.
