What is a 7 BHK villa in Igatpuri?

Seven bedrooms is where a booking in this district becomes an event rather than a weekend. Each one is a whole private villa — your group, your pool, your kitchen, your staff, and nobody else anywhere on the property. You book the villa, never a room in it. Rates run from ₹50,000 a night to ₹1,10,000.

The choice here is simple, because they are genuinely different: one is the most finished property in the district, one is the value pick, and one sits in between. There is a ₹60,000 a night gap between the cheapest and the dearest.

How many people can stay in a 7 BHK villa in Igatpuri?

These are all seven-bedroom villas and comfortably sleep sixteen to twenty, with extra mattresses taking them to around twenty-six. Exact capacity is on each villa's own page.

Villa Wine has ten bathrooms for seven bedrooms — the best ratio at this size anywhere in the district. Forest Pearl has eight and Watermark Villa seven. With twenty-two people sharing, three spare bathrooms change the morning completely.

The collection

Watermark Villa — the value pick

Watermark Villa is ₹50,000 a night and rated 4.5, with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It is the only one at this size that takes pets, and at less than half the price of Villa Wine it is the sensible choice for a group of twenty who want space rather than finish.

Forest Pearl — the middle

Forest Pearl at ₹78,900, rated 4.6, with eight bathrooms, an infinity pool and a lake view. The balanced option between the two ends of the band.

Villa Wine — the most finished property in the district

Villa Wine at ₹1,10,000 is the most expensive property we hold anywhere in Igatpuri or Nashik, and the most finished. Seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, an infinity pool, a lake view, a gazebo and alfresco dining. Rated 4.6. If the villa itself is the occasion, this is the one.

How much does a 7 BHK villa in Igatpuri cost?

VillaStarting rate per night
Watermark Villa₹50,000
Forest Pearl₹78,900
Villa Wine₹110,000

Starting rates, excluding taxes. Weekend, long-weekend and festival dates are priced higher. Send us your dates for an exact quote.

The calendar moves the price on top of that spread. Monsoon weekends on the Igatpuri side, long weekends and the New Year window are the dearest; March to May is the quietest and cheapest.

Compare the per-head figure rather than the nightly rate. Watermark Villa across twenty guests works out below a four-bedroom villa at twelve. And if your numbers are above twenty-six, look at Mount Brook — nine bedrooms at ₹32,000, which is less per night than anything on this page. Meals are charged separately; see below.

Does every 7 BHK villa in Igatpuri have a private pool?

Yes — every one has its own pool, inside your gate, yours from check-in to check-out. Not shared, no slot to book. Stay Ananta has never listed a property without a private pool since 2017, across 40 locations.

Villa Wine and Forest Pearl both have infinity pools set against the water. None of them has pool heating, so if a group this size is expecting to swim, October, November or February are the better months — ghat nights are cold in December and January.

Can I hold a wedding function or an offsite here?

Seven bedrooms and twenty-plus guests is wedding and offsite territory, and the answer is usually yes — but it has to be agreed in advance, not assumed. A mehendi, a haldi, a sangeet, a corporate dinner, outside catering, a DJ, or day guests beyond your booked headcount all need clearing with us before you pay the balance.

Villa Wine has the alfresco dining space and the gazebo, so it carries a function most easily. Tell us the occasion, the full headcount including anyone arriving only for the day, and whether you are bringing vendors.

Are pets allowed in these villas?

Watermark Villa welcomes pets — the only one at this size that does. More villas across the district accept dogs than are currently tagged, since each owner decides, so if you need seven bedrooms and a dog, tell us your dates and we will check with the owners.

Igatpuri or the Nashik side?

Villa Wine is on the Igatpuri ghat side; Forest Pearl and Watermark Villa sit nearer Nashik. The two halves of the district are about forty-five minutes apart and they are different holidays — ghats, dams and a villa you do not leave, against vineyards, the Godavari and a city with restaurants in it.

These villas appear on both our Igatpuri and Nashik pages because Igatpuri is a taluka of Nashik district and guests searching for one are almost always open to the other.

Is food included in the booking?

Yes — meal packages are available and work the same way across the collection. Food is cooked on site by the villa's own chef and kitchen staff, charged separately from the tariff, at a set rate per person per day with a reduced rate for children. Most villas do both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus, home-style Maharashtrian and North Indian.

For twenty-plus guests, give us the headcount, the number of children, any pure-vegetarian requirement and the meal times at booking and we will confirm the menu and the rate in writing. On the Igatpuri side this matters more than almost anywhere else we list, because there is very little commercial food nearby and almost nothing open late.

When is the best time to visit?

SeasonMonthsWhat to expect
MonsoonJune–SeptemberThe Igatpuri season. Heavy rain, maximum green, waterfalls running, cloud in the valleys. Pool water is cold; ask about covered outdoor space for a function
WinterOctober–FebruaryClear and cool. Wedding season, and the right window for Kalsubai, the pool and the vineyards
SummerMarch–MayWarm days, still cooler than the plains. Quietest and cheapest

This is a very short list. Book six weeks ahead for an ordinary weekend and three to six months for wedding dates, Diwali, Christmas and New Year.

How far is Igatpuri from Mumbai, Nashik and Pune?

Igatpuri is about 120 km from Mumbai on NH-160 through Kasara, roughly two and a half to three hours with the ghat climb at the end. Nashik city is about 45 km further, around an hour. Pune is roughly 200 km and four to five hours via Nashik.

Igatpuri has its own station on the Central Railway main line. A group of twenty-two will not find cabs there, so tell us how many guests are arriving by train and we will arrange the transfers.

What is there to do nearby?

On the Igatpuri side: Kalsubai Peak, the highest point in Maharashtra at 1,646 metres, is a day trek best done October to February. Vihigaon and Camel Valley waterfalls run in and just after the monsoon. Tringalwadi Fort is a short climb with a rock-cut cave at the base, and the easiest option for a mixed-ability group. The Bhavali, Darna and Mukane dams are the lake drives.

On the Nashik side: vineyard tastings, the river ghats on the Godavari, and Trimbakeshwar beyond the city. A group of twenty rarely leaves the property more than once.
