BEDROOMS
– There are 5 bedrooms – 1 in the basement, 1 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor. And 2 on the third floor.
– AC and electric kettles are offered in all rooms.
– Attached bathrooms are offered in 4 of the rooms.
– All rooms have king-sized beds.
– There are balconies with seating.
BATHROOMS
– There are 6 bathrooms in the villa – 4 attached, 2 common.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– 1 of the bathrooms has a separate dressing area.
COMMON AREAS
– The living room seats up to 10 people comfortably and offers a TV.
– The dining area seats up to 8 people comfortably.
– There is a 3500 sq. ft. front lawn with seating.
– The backyard is 1500 sq. ft. and offers seating for 25 people.
– There is a 250 sq. ft. artificial lawn on the terrace.
– The other 3 terraces offer seating for up to 20 people.
POOL
– The pool is 24×14 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
– The pool is accessible from 7 AM to 10 PM.
KITCHEN
– The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a water filter, a toaster, a mixer-grinder, a refrigerator and a microwave.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
FOOD
– All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per person, per day.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 48 hrs prior to the check-in date.
– The meals will be delivered to the villa.
– The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak / festive dates.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible on call. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 staffs at an additional charge of Rs.1500 per person, per day, excluding meals and taxes.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim.

- This property is not suitable for guests who use wheelchairs.
- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the fans and the lights basic for up to 6 hours.
- Stags are not allowed at the property.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
