Only registered guests are allowed on the property for security reasons.
Guests must complete a check-in form and submit valid photo ID of all guests at the time of check-in. Non-Indian nationals must provide visa details.
A refundable security deposit of Rs. 20,000 is collected at check-in and refunded at checkout, assuming no damages to the property.
Housekeeping team is available from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Long-term stays of 28 days or more are allowed.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa including the private pool, outdoor areas, living areas, bedrooms, and kitchen.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur an additional charge of Rs. 2,000 per hour.
A refundable security deposit of Rs. 20,000 is collected at check-in and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unaccounted visitors are strictly not allowed.
Breakfast is not included. A chef on call is available and must be booked in advance.
Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Dental and shaving kits are available on request.
