A day at Sunlit Splendour begins with morning light streaming through every window as you step onto the lawn for a quiet stroll — coffee in hand, the world still hushed. Settle into the reading nook with a book from the curated collection, or gather around the long dining table for a leisurely breakfast prepared by the in-house chef. Afternoons invite a refreshing dip in the private pool, board games with the family, or simply lounging in the sunlit living room. As evening falls, the bar area comes alive — pour a drink, play some music, and let the golden hour wash over the villa. Dinner is served at the long table under warm lights, and the night unfolds gently, with conversation drifting across the lawn from the gazebo. A spacious ground-floor living room with sofa-style seating for 10, a built-in bar area, AC, TV, Wi-Fi and sound system. Indoor dining area seats 8 comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, juicer, induction plate, mixer-grinder, water purifier, crockery and cutlery — guests may use it for light food and reheating. Outside: 1,700 sq. ft. private lawn with gazebo, sit-out space for 5, and a private outdoor pool (4 ft. depth, 8 AM – 10 PM).
