The Space:
BEDROOMS
– There are 3 bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor.
– AC, TV, electric kettle, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
– The room on the first floor also offers an attached balcony overlooking the mountains.
BATHROOMS
– There are 4 bathrooms in the villa – 3 attached, 1 common.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
– The living room is on the ground floor and it can seat up to 12 people.
– It is equipped with a wired music system, TV and a CCTV camera for security purposes.
– There is a separate dining room on the ground floor. It offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people and is equipped with a CCTV camera.
– There is a beautiful 4,000 sq. ft lawn, with a swing. It can seat up to 100 people at any given time.
– The villa has a private swimming pool, 30×15 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth.
– Besides the swimming pool, there is a jacuzzi.
– There is an outdoor bar deck with seating for 12 people, overlooking the lawn.
– There is a terrace overlooking the surrounding hills.
KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Outside food is not allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can also take a peaceful walk in the lawn and embrace its beauty. They can lounge on the terrace amidst fresh breeze. Guests also have access to the bar at no additional cost, however, they will have to bring their own liquor.

– The jacuzzi can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per hour.

- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture all external and common areas for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the 32KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 12 hours.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- An internet dongle is provided. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
- This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10:30 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only outdoors.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
