BEDROOMS
– There are 4 spacious, well-furnished rooms – 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
– All 4 rooms have AC, TV, king-sized bed, and attached bathrooms.
– 3 rooms on the first floor offer views of the mountains, whereas 1 room on the ground floor offers a view of the garden.
BATHROOMS
– There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common powder room in the villa.
– The bathrooms are always clean, well-maintained, and spacious.
– A 24-hour running water (hot and cold) supply is also provided.
COMMON AREAS
– The living room is located on the ground floor and is extremely spacious with a seating of 12 to 15 people.
– The dining table accommodates 10 people.
– There is a kids’ playroom on the first floor with a slide.
– Guests can enjoy a movie night in the theatre room.
– Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool.
KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery for 20 to 25 people.
FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 2200 per person, per day.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– For groups of fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 72 hrs prior to the check-in date.
– The meals will be delivered to the villa.
– The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak/festive dates.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- During monsoons, there may be a slight leakage in the villa.
- The last stretch, approximately 1-2 km, to the villa can be a bit rough as the roads could be damaged due to unfavourable weather.
- Wi-Fi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- No loud music after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- No footwear allowed inside the villa.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Kindly be aware that while our villa provides heated pool amenities, however, there are certain circumstances that may affect its availability. These include the monsoon season, fluctuations in electricity supply, or potential power outages from the local

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
