Nestled amongst these lofty hills is Janak Villa. The retreat offers modern, luxurious interiors and spacious bedrooms with lovely bathrooms. There are a number of indoor games at your disposal, including table tennis or a competitive game of pool. The villa also boasts of a spectacular living room, complete with an indoor pond section.

While the villa provides you with all amenities possible, its real beauty is the location. The balconies open up to magnificent views of the Western Ghats, that you will never forget and always return to Janak Villa.

The Space:
Let me walk you through the villa:

BEDROOMS: 
– There are 4 bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor.
– ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms.
– Some rooms have balconies attached.
– All bedrooms have double beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request.

BATHROOMS: 
– There are 4 bathrooms – all attached.
– Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms.

COMMON AREAS: 
– The living room seats up to 35 people.
– It offers a TV and a wired music system.
– There is a 6-seater dining table.
– Indoor games like TT and pool table are available.
– There is a bar counter near the living room by the pool table.
– There is a lawn.
– Cricket set is available.

KITCHEN: 
– The kitchen is equipped with cooking stove and a refrigerator.
– Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 24 people.
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

FOOD:
– Meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 2200 per person, per day.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 48hrs prior to the check-in date.
– The meals will be delivered to the villa.
– In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 
– Although the stay is deemed safe, guests are advised to exercise necessary caution.
– Barbecue kit can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs.1500 with an additional GST charge of 18%.
– Barbecue can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per person with an additional GST charge of 18%.
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
– Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost.
– WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
– Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

Apart from these convenient routes, the guests can also drive down to the villa as this property has ample amount of parking space.
