BEDROOMS
– There are 4 bedrooms. 3 rooms are in the main villa and 1 room has a separate entrance.
– ACs are offered in all rooms.
– 3 of the rooms have attached bathrooms.
– 3 rooms have king-sized beds and 1 has a queen-sized bed.
BATHROOMS
– There are 5 bathrooms in the villa – 3 attached and 2 common.
– All bathrooms have towels and basic toiletries.
– 4 of the bathrooms have geysers. 1 of the common bathrooms does not have a geyser.
COMMON AREAS
– The living room seats 10 people comfortably.
– There is a large lawn that can accommodate up to 50 guests if an event is hosted here.
– There is a swimming pool.
– The pool is 35×12 ft. in size and 4.25 ft. in depth.
KITCHEN
– The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a water filter and drinking water, a refrigerator, toaster, mixer, grinder, microwave, spices and condiments and crockery and cutlery.
– Guests may use the kitchen to make simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
FOOD
– Complimentary breakfast.
– Guests can order veg or non-veg meal options à la carte.
– All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
– Guests can also eat out at restaurants such as Mhalas Hotel, Sagar Family Restaurant, Hotel Parkway and Hotel Celebrations.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim, play cards and other board games. There is a large lawn, so guests can also indulge in outdoor games. They can also request for a barbecue to be set up.

- Drinking is allowed in all parts of the villa, except the bedrooms.
- Consumption of food is allowed in all parts of the villa, except the bedrooms.
- Cooking is not allowed.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Groups comprised of only students are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- This villa is not part of a gated community. However, it has high boundary walls.
- There are steps at the entrance of the villa, hence it is not wheelchair friendly.
- Guests are requested to drive safe while on their way to the property, since the approaching road may be rough.
- An internet dongle is provided. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here.
- This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

- This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik.
- The road leading up to the villa is not concrete and has potholes owing to the unfavorable weather conditions.
