Stay Ananta's seven-bedroom villas in Goa all have a private pool used by your group alone. Rates run from around ₹45,000 a night to about ₹68,500. Seven bedrooms is the largest size in the state on our books — fourteen to twenty-five guests under one roof for a wedding party, a family reunion or a company offsite — and none of them has fewer bathrooms than bedrooms, which at that headcount is what actually decides the stay.

Seven bedrooms is the largest villa size we have in Goa, and it is a short, deliberate list. Fourteen to twenty-five guests, one villa, one pool, one garden — a wedding party, a family reunion, a company offsite that needs everybody in the same place. Every one has a private pool and every one is booked whole-villa.
| Villa | Bathrooms | From | Rating |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bastora House | 8 | ₹45,000 | 4.3 |
| Villa Supan | 7 | ₹48,000 | 4.7 |
| Ishavilas – 7 | 7 | ₹56,000 | 4.2 |
| Lavender Villa – Candolim | 9 | ₹68,500 | 4.5 |
Lavender Villa – Candolim carries nine bathrooms to seven bedrooms and Bastora House has eight. Villa Supan and Ishavilas – 7 have seven, one per bedroom. At twenty-plus guests that surplus is the difference between a villa that works and a queue every morning.
Seven bedrooms is the size where a wedding party or a family reunion fits under one roof instead of spreading across a resort. Nobody is commuting to breakfast, and nobody misses the evening because they went back to their room.
Bastora House starts at around ₹45,000 a night with eight bathrooms. Divided across twenty guests that is roughly ₹2,250 a head — less per person than most of our four-bedroom villas in Goa work out at, and far less than twenty hotel rooms in December.
Not most — all of them. No shared access, no slot to book. We have not taken on a property without a private pool since 2017.
Each villa has its own chef and kitchen staff. For a group of twenty-five this matters more than at any smaller size — you take a meal package, agree the menu and headcount in advance, and the food is cooked on site that day, charged per person per day separately from the tariff. Goan home cooking and seafood are what these kitchens do best.

Villa Supan leads at 4.7, with Lavender Villa – Candolim at 4.5, Bastora House at 4.3 and Ishavilas – 7 at 4.2. Ratings come from verified guest stays and appear on every villa card.
The same people who answer your first question handle the booking and stay reachable while you are there. With twenty-five guests and no front desk, that matters.
A 7 BHK villa in Goa runs from around ₹45,000 a night to about ₹68,500 — a narrow band, because the list at this size is short and closely matched.
| Villa | Starting rate per night |
|---|---|
| Bastora House | ₹45,000 |
| Villa Supan | ₹48,000 |
| Ishavilas – 7 | ₹56,000 |
| Lavender Villa – Candolim | ₹68,500 |

Bastora House is the entry point at around ₹45,000 and has eight bathrooms, which makes it the best per-head value on this page. Villa Supan is ₹3,000 more and the highest rated here at 4.7. Ishavilas – 7 sits at ₹56,000. At the top, Lavender Villa – Candolim at about ₹68,500 gives you nine bathrooms and a Candolim address with everything within a short drive.
In Goa the calendar moves the price far more than the villa does. At this size the list is short, so mid-December to early January needs booking four months ahead.
At this size the decision is usually headcount against budget rather than taste.
Lavender Villa – Candolim is the strongest choice for a party: nine bathrooms, the largest here, and a position in the middle of North Goa so guests staying elsewhere can reach it easily. Bastora House is the same idea at a lower rate with eight bathrooms.
Not every villa permits events, and the ones that do usually cap the guest number and set a quiet hour. Tell us what you are planning when you enquire and we will tell you straight away which ones allow it, rather than letting you find out after booking.
With a list this short that is a real possibility on peak dates, and there are two good answers.
Usually yes, and it keeps the group together. Two four-bedroom villas in Goa come to more in total than Bastora House, split your party across two gardens and two pools, and mean coordinating meals in two kitchens. For a group event, one large villa is both cheaper and simpler.
| Route | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Air to Mopa (GOX) | Manohar International, in the north; closest to the Bardez and Candolim villas | Most of this collection |
| Air to Dabolim (GOI) | The older airport, in the south; about 90 minutes to North Goa | More flight choice for a large group arriving from several cities |
| Konkan Railway | Thivim for the north, Madgaon for the south; taxi onward | Guests joining from Mumbai or Mangalore |
| Road from Mumbai | Roughly 590 km on NH-66, ten to twelve hours | Bringing your own cars, luggage or a pet |
For a group of twenty-five arriving over two days, send the location pin to every driver rather than the villa name, and tell us the arrival times so the villa is staffed for them.
| Season | Months | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| Peak | Mid-December to early January | The best weather and the highest rates. With a short list at this size, book four months ahead |
| High | November, and January to February | Dry, warm, the sea at its calmest. The season for weddings and large groups |
| Shoulder | March to May | Hot and humid. Lowest rates, and the best value on a large villa |
| Monsoon | June to September | Green and very cheap. Beaches close to swimming; the villa becomes the holiday |
Meal packages are available and work the same way across the collection. Food is cooked on site by the villa's own chef, charged separately from the tariff at a set rate per person per day, with a reduced rate for children. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus are standard. For a group this size, agree the menu and the headcount when you book rather than on arrival, and tell us about any dietary requirements in advance.
More of our Goa villas accept dogs on request than carry a formal pet-friendly label, because each owner decides and most prefer to be asked. Tell us your dates and that you are bringing one, and we will come back with the ones that are open to it, along with any deposit the owner asks for.
A 7 BHK villa in Goa runs from around 45,000 rupees a night to about 68,500 rupees. It is a narrow band because the list at this size is short and closely matched. Bastora House is the entry point, Villa Supan and Ishavilas 7 sit in the middle, and Lavender Villa at Candolim is at the top. Divided across twenty guests, even the top of that range is well under a hotel room each. Meals are charged separately.
Bastora House, Villa Supan, Ishavilas 7 and Lavender Villa at Candolim. Seven bedrooms is the largest size we have in the state, and we would rather keep the list honest than pad it.
Fourteen to twenty-five. Seven bedrooms comfortably takes fourteen adults, and these villas will add mattresses for several more at a per-head charge. Exact capacity varies, so tell us your headcount and we will confirm which ones genuinely suit it rather than letting you squeeze.
Bastora House at around 45,000 rupees a night, with eight bathrooms to seven bedrooms. That combination makes it the best per-head value on this page: across twenty guests it works out at roughly 2,250 rupees a head, which is less per person than most of our four-bedroom villas in Goa.
Lavender Villa at Candolim, with nine bathrooms to seven bedrooms. Bastora House has eight. Villa Supan and Ishavilas 7 have seven, one per bedroom, which is fine for fourteen to eighteen guests and tight if you are filling the villa.
Because twenty-five guests sharing seven bathrooms is a queue every morning, and seven bedrooms is where that bites hardest. If you are filling the villa rather than spreading out, check the bathroom count before the photographs. It will shape the stay more than the decor does.
Villa Supan at 4.7, with Lavender Villa at Candolim at 4.5, Bastora House at 4.3 and Ishavilas 7 at 4.2. Ratings come from verified guest stays and are shown on every villa card.
If you are filling the villa with twenty to twenty-five guests, Lavender Villa with nine bathrooms or Bastora House with eight at a much lower rate. If you are fourteen to eighteen and want the best standard, Villa Supan, the highest rated here. If total cost is the deciding factor, Bastora House, which still has a bathroom surplus.
Lavender Villa at Candolim. Nine bathrooms, the largest here, and a position in the middle of North Goa so guests staying elsewhere can reach it easily. Bastora House is the same idea at a lower rate with eight bathrooms. Not every villa permits events, so tell us what you are planning and we will tell you straight away which ones allow it.
Two good answers. Our five-bedroom collection in Goa is much deeper, several with seven to nine bathrooms, including the Sacri Borod Hill cluster where you can take two or three villas on the same hillside for a party of forty. Or seven-bedroom villas in Alibaug, which is a drive or ferry from Mumbai rather than a flight.
Usually yes, and it keeps the group together. Two four-bedroom villas in Goa come to more in total than Bastora House, split your party across two gardens and two pools, and mean coordinating meals in two kitchens. For a group event, one large villa is both cheaper and simpler.
Yes. Every villa on this page has its own private pool inside the property, for your group alone, with no shared access and no time slot to book. We have not taken on a property without a private pool since 2017.
No. These are whole-villa bookings. The villa, the garden and the pool are yours alone for the length of your stay. If your group is smaller, the four and five-bedroom pages will suit you better on price.
Yes. Meal packages are cooked on site by the villa's own chef and kitchen staff, charged per person per day separately from the tariff, with a reduced rate for children. Goan home cooking and seafood are what these kitchens do best. For a group this size, agree the menu and the headcount when you book, and tell us about dietary requirements in advance rather than on arrival.
Four months for Christmas and New Year. The list at this size in Goa is short, so peak dates go early and there is not much to fall back on. For a wedding or an event on fixed dates, book as soon as the dates are settled, whatever the season.
November to February is the season, and mid-December to early January is the peak. March to May is hot and the cheapest dry period, which is when the private pool earns its keep. The monsoon from June to September is green and very cheap, though the beaches close to swimming and the villa becomes the holiday.
Mopa, or Manohar International, is in the north and is the closer airport for the Bardez and Candolim villas. Dabolim is in the south, has more flight choice, and is about ninety minutes from North Goa. For a group of twenty-five arriving from several cities, Dabolim often gives you more options.
Most groups fly in and keep three or four cars at the villa, since Goa has very little public transport. By road from Mumbai it is roughly 590 km on NH-66, ten to twelve hours. For a group arriving over two days, send the location pin to every driver rather than the villa name, and tell us the arrival times so the villa is staffed for them.
