– There are 3 bathrooms in the villa – 1 attached, 1 shared, 1 common.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
– The living room seats 9 people. It offers a music system, TV.
– The dining room seats 8 people.
– The terrace seats up to 9 people.
– There is a 600 sq. ft lawn with seating.
– There is a plunge pool that is 10×10 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
– It is accessible till 10 PM.
KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.
FOOD
– Caretaker can bring veg or non-veg meals from nearby restaurants as per actuals.
– Guest can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Jai Malhar, Namak Restaurant, Hotel Royal Gardens and Sharda Farms.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a dip in the plunge pool or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty.

- The villa is relatively secluded.
- This property is not suitable for guests who use wheelchairs.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external area.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 12 hours.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
