🏖️ Top Things to Do

1. Kolaba Fort

Built by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, this iconic sea fort sits just 200 metres offshore and can be reached on foot at low tide. Visit early morning for best light and fewer crowds.

2. Alibaug, Kihim & Kashid Beaches

Alibaug Beach is the classic sunset spot. Kihim Beach has golden sands and water sports. Kashid, 30 minutes south, is one of the cleanest white-sand beaches on the Konkan coast.

3. Murud-Janjira Fort

One of the few sea forts in India never conquered. Accessible by boat from Rajpuri village. Awe-inspiring scale and ocean views from the battlements.

4. Water Sports at Nagaon Beach

Banana boat rides, jet skiing, and parasailing from ₹500. Great way to spend a morning before a lazy villa afternoon.
