The Tilah is a four-bedroom house with its own private pool, ₹42,000 a night, rated 4.9 by guests and part of our Luxe Collection. It has five bathrooms for four bedrooms — one spare, which is worth having when twelve people are in the house.
It is a whole private house: your group, your pool, your kitchen, your staff, and nobody else anywhere on the property. You book the house, never a room in it. Exact capacity and the full amenity list are on the villa's own page.
At 4.9 it is the best-rated house in our Rajasthan collection, ahead of HOB – House of Believer in Jaipur, which matches it. Nothing we hold in Udaipur is rated higher.
Eight to twelve across four bedrooms, with extra mattresses taking it higher. The fifth bathroom is the detail to note — most four-bedroom houses give you four, and the spare one changes how a full house works in the morning.
If your group is larger, both of our bigger Udaipur houses are cheaper per room: Blue Marble at five bedrooms for ₹30,000 and Arna Villa at six bedrooms for ₹30,000. The only Udaipur house above this rate is Ikebana at ₹72,000.

Udaipur has the sharpest season of any city we operate in. October to March is the window everyone wants, and November to February is the wedding season, when the city fills and rates across every category climb. April to June is genuinely hot and the cheapest time to book a villa with a pool. The monsoon from July to September is the city at its best-looking, with the lakes full, and still well below winter rates.
Meals are charged separately — see below.
Yes — its own pool, inside the gate, yours from check-in to check-out. Not shared, no slot to book, no hotel deck. Stay Ananta has never listed a property without a private pool since 2017, across 600 villas in 40 locations.
A private pool matters more in Udaipur than almost anywhere else we list, because the city is hot for a third of the year. From April to June the pool is the reason to take a villa rather than a hotel room.
Yes — a meal package is available and works the same way as across the collection. Food is cooked on site by the villa's own chef and kitchen staff, charged separately from the tariff, at a set rate per person per day with a reduced rate for children. Rajasthani, North Indian and continental menus, vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
Udaipur is a city with good restaurants, so plenty of groups take breakfast at the house and eat out in the evening. Tell us how you want to handle it and we will set the package to match rather than selling you three meals you will not eat.

| Monsoon | July–September | The lakes fill and the hills around the city turn green. Good value and the best photographs |
One house means no alternative on your dates. Book six to eight weeks ahead for the high season, and three to four months for the wedding months, Diwali, Christmas and New Year.
Maharana Pratap airport at Dabok, about 25 km from the city, has direct flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Udaipur City is the railway station, with overnight trains from Delhi and Jaipur.
By road: Jaipur is roughly 400 km and six to seven hours, Ahmedabad about 260 km and four to five hours, and Jodhpur around 250 km and four and a half hours. Delhi is a long day's drive at roughly 650 km.
The City Palace complex on Lake Pichola is the set piece, with Jagdish Temple beside it and the Bagore ki Haveli evening performance a short walk away. Saheliyon ki Bari, Fateh Sagar lake and the Monsoon Palace on the ridge above the city fill a second day, and the boat across Pichola to Jag Mandir is the one thing almost everyone does.
Further out: Eklingji and Nagda about 20 km north, Kumbhalgarh fort and the Ranakpur Jain temples around two hours away, and Chittorgarh about two and a half hours east. Two full days in the city and one day out is the pattern most groups settle on.

Udaipur is wedding country and the question comes up often. It has to be agreed in advance, not assumed — tell us the occasion, the full headcount including day guests, and whether you are bringing vendors, and we will tell you what the house can take and on what terms.
