6 BHK Villas in Udaipur with Private Pool

Six-bedroom villas in Udaipur, both with private pools, both for twelve to twenty guests. They sit at opposite ends of the market: Arna Villa at ₹30,000 rated 4.5, and Ikebana – Living by the Forest Edge at ₹72,000 rated 4.6.

Arna Villa is the joint-cheapest villa we hold in Udaipur at any size, and it has the most bedrooms — which makes it the best value in the city by a clear margin. Ikebana is the one to take when the villa itself is the occasion.

What is a 6 BHK villa in Udaipur?

Six bedrooms is the size an extended family or a wedding party books, and it is the largest we hold in Udaipur. Each is a whole private villa — your group, your pool, your kitchen, your staff, and nobody else anywhere on the property. You book the villa, never a room in it.

The gap between the two is ₹42,000 a night, the widest spread in any band we list in Rajasthan, and the ratings are almost identical. So the decision is not about quality — it is about what the trip is for.

How many people can stay?

Twelve to sixteen comfortably across six bedrooms, with extra mattresses taking them to around twenty. Both have six bathrooms, one per bedroom. Exact capacity is on each villa's own page.

If your group is larger than twenty, Udaipur will not have it — these are the biggest villas in the city. The nearest option at more bedrooms is HOB – House of Believer in Jaipur at seven bedrooms, about six to seven hours away.

The collection

Arna Villa — the value pick

Arna Villa is ₹30,000 a night and rated 4.5, six bedrooms with six bathrooms, in the Ananta Noir tier. It matches the rate of our five-bedroom villa in the city and undercuts our four-bedroom one by ₹12,000, while offering more rooms than either. On any per-room or per-head measure it is the best buy in Udaipur, and it is the villa we point most groups at first.

Ikebana — Living by the Forest Edge

Ikebana is ₹72,000 and rated 4.6, six bedrooms with six bathrooms, in our Luxe Collection. It is the most expensive villa we hold in Udaipur and the only one above ₹42,000. Take it when the villa is the point of the trip — a landmark anniversary, a wedding party that wants one address, a group that wants the setting its name describes rather than a city base. For a straightforward family holiday, Arna Villa at ₹42,000 less a night is the sensible answer.

Udaipur has the sharpest season of any city we operate in. October to March is the window everyone wants, and November to February is the wedding season, when the city fills and rates climb across every category. April to June is genuinely hot and the cheapest time to book a villa with a pool. The monsoon from July to September is the city at its best-looking, with the lakes full, and still well below winter rates.

Compare the per-head figure. Arna Villa across twenty guests is around ₹1,500 a head on a weekday, which is less than a mid-range hotel room in the city. Meals are charged separately — see below.

Do both villas have a private pool?

Yes — both have their own pool, inside your gate, yours from check-in to check-out. Not shared, no slot to book, no hotel deck. Stay Ananta has never listed a property without a private pool since 2017, across 40 locations.

A private pool matters more in Udaipur than almost anywhere else we list, because the city is hot for a third of the year. From April to June the pool is the reason to take a villa rather than hotel rooms.

Can I hold a wedding function or a family event here?

Six bedrooms and twenty guests in Udaipur means this question comes up on most enquiries, and the answer is usually yes — but it has to be agreed in advance, not assumed. A mehendi, a haldi, a sangeet, outside catering, a DJ, a photographer, or day guests beyond your booked headcount all need clearing with us before you pay the balance.

Ikebana is the one most often booked for an occasion. Tell us the function, the full headcount including anyone arriving only for the day, and whether you are bringing vendors, and we will tell you what each villa can take and on what terms.

Is food included in the booking?

Yes — meal packages are available and work the same way across the collection. Food is cooked on site by the villa's own chef and kitchen staff, charged separately from the tariff, at a set rate per person per day with a reduced rate for children. Rajasthani, North Indian and continental menus, vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

Udaipur has good restaurants, so plenty of groups take breakfast at the villa and eat out in the evening. At sixteen to twenty guests, settle the package at booking rather than on arrival. If you are bringing outside caterers for a function, that needs separate clearance.

When is the best time to visit Udaipur?

SeasonMonthsWhat to expect
HighOctober–MarchThe season. Clear, cool days. November to February is wedding season and the city is full
SummerApril–JuneHot, 40°C and above. The cheapest time to book, and the pool earns its keep
MonsoonJuly–SeptemberThe lakes fill and the hills around the city turn green. Good value and the best photographs

How do I get to Udaipur?

Maharana Pratap airport at Dabok, about 25 km from the city, has direct flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Udaipur City is the railway station, with overnight trains from Delhi and Jaipur.

By road: Jaipur is roughly 400 km and six to seven hours, Ahmedabad about 260 km and four to five hours, and Jodhpur around 250 km and four and a half hours. Delhi is a long day's drive at roughly 650 km. Twenty guests flying in need transfers arranged — tell us the flights and we will handle it.

What is there to do in Udaipur?

The City Palace complex on Lake Pichola is the set piece, with Jagdish Temple beside it and the Bagore ki Haveli evening performance a short walk away. Saheliyon ki Bari, Fateh Sagar lake and the Monsoon Palace on the ridge above the city fill a second day, and the boat across Pichola to Jag Mandir is the one thing almost everyone does.

Further out: Eklingji and Nagda about 20 km north, Kumbhalgarh fort and the Ranakpur Jain temples around two hours away, and Chittorgarh about two and a half hours east. Two full days in the city and one day out is the pattern most groups settle on.
