Ten bedrooms arranged as two units of five, each with its own semi-indoor pool open to the sky, 4 ft deep and open 8 AM to 10 PM. There is a jacuzzi on the property as well. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, with four further powder rooms.

The lawn runs to 10,000 sq ft, with a gazebo and a barbecue. Indoors there is a games room with a pool table, air hockey, table tennis and foosball. There is indoor parking, CCTV, and accommodation for drivers — which matters when fifty guests arrive.

Why ten bedrooms in Alibaug?

Fifty guests, one property

This is the only place on this coast where a wedding party, a large family gathering or a full company offsite stays on one site with nobody in a hotel. The nearest alternative by capacity is Gatsby House at twelve bedrooms, which takes thirty-eight.

Two units, not one building

Five bedrooms and a pool per unit means two families, or two halves of a company, can have their own space while sharing the lawn. For a multi-day event that is usually more workable than one house with ten doors off a corridor.

Wheelchair-friendly, and pet-friendly

Both together at this size is rare. If your group includes someone who needs step-free access, this is the one large Alibaug property we can recommend without caveats.

Two private pools

One per unit, both semi-indoor and open to the sky, which means they stay usable in weather that would close an open pool. Both are inside the property and yours alone, open 8 AM to 10 PM. We have not taken on a property without a private pool since 2017.

How much does a 10 BHK villa in Alibaug cost per night?

Around ₹92,000 a night — the highest nightly rate of any villa we have in Alibaug. Across fifty guests, though, that is roughly ₹1,840 a head, which is the lowest per-person rate of any house on this coast. Both facts are true, and which one matters depends entirely on how many of you there are.

How do you get to Alibaug from Mumbai?

For fifty guests, a coach or a set of shuttles is easier to coordinate than fifty people finding their own way. Ferries are suspended in rough weather through the monsoon. Send the location pin to every driver rather than the villa name.
